GIVEN that a young girl that has been mapped by a particular community health worker missed an ANC appointment THEN the community health worker that mapped her should be able to receive a notification a day after she missed her appointment to follow up on the reasons why.

Acceptance criteria

  • Notification should either be an SMS or app notification depending on connectivity.
  • Notification should have a message that urges the CHEW to communicate with the girl whose appointment is due.
  • Notification should state. "Girl's name missed her ANC appointment that was scheduled on date and time. Please ensure you follow up with her to understand why"
