The VHT, Girl, Midwife should be updated when a girl is mapped using SMS.

So when the mapping form os completed an sms notfication should be sent to the CHEW(s) and midwife/midwives responsible for the village the girl is mapped to along with the mapped girl?

Assuming that is correct, this is something that needs to be implemented on the backend not in the mobile app.
