Add rules link to credit messages

Given a feedback from an our user who doesn't know the existence of rules, we can add the link of rules on the credit message, to remember our community the rules to follow

What do you think if the rules link is added as reply to the /spot command?

Another idea could be to ask for confirmation every defined number of /spot made or every /spot that is made
