I am not able to change the evil portal name

Describe the bug
I am not able to change the AP Name/ SSID name in [ESP32] Evil Portal. As default name is "Evil Portal" When I am trying to change the name and save then It will display the same name that is "Evil Portal" rather then the new name which I have saved when we start the evil portal.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to APPS--> GPIO --> [ESP32] Evil Portal --> Set AP Name , then save the new name.
2. Click on back and start the portal by clicking the "start portal" button
3. When you see the available wifi then it will show the wifi with name "Evil Portal" (not with the new name which we have sved in set ap name)

Expected behavior
Need to show the new name of wifi which we have set in "SET AP NAME".
