Hi, My name is Samuel de Vincenzo and I built the printed circuit board as described in the PCBs File folder.
My question is how do I save the firmware on the card chip and what firmware can I use.

Thank you!

Samuel

@CoenSchalkwijk Wasn't there an image that you could download somewhere?

There are two firmwares: One is Marlin that goes on the microcontroller board, and the other is a Linux installation that goes on the main PCB. Installing firmware on the main computer should make it flash the microcontroller with the correct firmware as well.

There's a .hex file in the image/swu file. This is the Marlin image for the main board of the printer, not the olimex board.

Is it possible to download the main Olimex Linux image?

Both are provided in a single package. It's currently not possible to just browse through our firmware repository. You'll need to know the exact version numbers you're looking for. Which are provided by a 'version.txt' file, which only points to the latest-and-greatest. @samuelvincenzome are you looking for the PCB/atmel firmware (a hex file, containing our Marlin implenentation) or controlling system firmware (a debian based linux image)?
