很多选手需要修改面试时间，但是系统无法完成该操作，只能一个个私戳

所以想改成选手可以随意改么，那是不是也有点奇怪？

加一些限制条件？

只能改三次
开始前x小时不能改了

这个问题可以这样解决:
hr dashboard现在关于选手的面试有两个阶段:

面试时间选择阶段
面试阶段

我认为:

面试时间选择阶段可以有次数限制的更改时间选择(limited/unlimited)
当hr发送面试时间的短信的时候,那么选手的面试时间就应该锁定了
发送面试时间短信之后,选手自动被移动到面试阶段
在面试阶段应该可以查看选手的面试具体时间,目前只有当选手在面试时间选择阶段才可以查看
