The idea is to generate a model that allows specifying a particular Rt so that we can generate artificial data and evaluate how good are models to recover the Rt curves.

It is running. We now need to work a bit more on the network's structure. It is a block model with random bi-partite networks interconnecting individuals throughout the simulation.
