  • Perform k-means keeping n principal components, where k = 2 and n = :
    • 2
    • 9
    • maybe something in between?
  • Compare histograms

Tyler

  • Figure out how to best visual kernel density estimates on all transformations of data
  • Correlation matrices on all transformations of data

  • Make figures good according to jovo's standards
  • Analyze results
  • Write report
