Operating Procedures

Deploying a new LXC/VM

A baseline configuration is included in _base/configuration.nix which should only be used for initial remote deployment. This preps the machine for accepting SSH connections to allow nixos-rebuild to transfer closures.

Important

Ensure nixos-generate-config is ran before switching to the baseline config to generate the required hardware-configuration.nix file.
