Add disambiguation for entities belonging to different owners

Since the addition of shared, default units it's hard to differentiate between the ones I had created manually. While the name of the owner is added in overviews if there is any ambiguity, they just show up as duplicates in pick lists.

Owner names are added to entity names if names overlap across ownerships.
