Automatically subtract remaining dining list slots from association credit for private lists

Private lists should always be paid for as if they were full, since it does not allow any members of other associations to sign up. This can be subtracted automatically from the "debt" of association accounts, so the treasurer does not need to send invoices for all separate lists.
