This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods

• I have tested this issue and it occurs when no other mods are installed

Issue description

Non OP users have full access to all /vs command (Example: /vs delete @v)

I thought adding this command.valkyrienskie.XXXX would fix this using luckyperm but it did not

Im not 100% if this is a bug or an overlooked part of the mod.
(If its not a bug then consider this a feature request)

• Luckperms v5.4.102

Issue reproduction

Download mods used above on a 1.20.1 fabric 0.16.9 server.

Have a non op no permission user run /vs and see that they can run all the command with no restrictions.
