Hi, i have slight problem with source sdk base 2013. here is screenshot :

that means you don't have the dlls. verify the sdk files.

That is an issue I got a long time ago you need to install the correct dlls

Please avoid using Xblah's modding tool, as most of the resources it provides are freely available online, without any cost. Additionally, the tool doesn't grant access to the source code of your mod, which can limit your control and flexibility.
