Hello dear developer!
I'm having some trouble making a plot with primerminer (PrimerMiner-0.21), the code is as follows

plot_alignments(alignments,` Order_names=gsub(". *. /. (. *). *", "\1", alignments),threshold = 0.1)

r reported an error

Error in list[[k]][start:end, 2:5] : subscript out of bounds

But I don't really know what is wrong, I hope to get your help, thank you very much!
