[Idea/Request] Config option to make Mending a one-time enchantment

If possible, I'd like the option to change Mending to a one-time enchantment, similar to Mending Rework. An item enchanted with Mending would not receive any increase in XP costs from being repaired. This would bring Mending slightly more in-line with its vanilla status as an enchantment you only need to use once per item, and make treasure items enchanted with Mending more useful.
