ClearURLs: use third-party lists

Instead of maintaining an internal list for ClearURLs, it would be wiser to use third-party lists like uBlock Origin does.

I recommend to fetch the following ones (once per two months should be sufficient):

I use the three in uBlock Origin and I have not had any issues so far (probably more than one year with them).

The idea would be to fetch the lists once every two months and keep the .txt files stored locally.
But for this Vencord would have to know how to read the filter-list file type.

For the last one, Vencord would have to combine the three files into a single one.
