Bug Description

When opening the recipe book on a 1.12.2 server and toggling it to the Showing Craftable mode, no recipes are listed even if the player has the correct materials for one or more recipes; this hadn't been the case in older builds of ViaFabricPlus. Additionally, toggling the recipe book to the Showing All mode and selecting a recipe for which the player does not have all of the required ingredients yields an invalid preview of the recipe where all of the ingredients are rendered as stone.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect to minecraftonline.com on version 1.12.2
2. Collect enough materials for a valid vanilla crafting recipe; a quick way to do this is to go to /warp farm and gather some wheat/pumpkins/melon slices to craft bread/pumpkin seeds/melon seeds.
3. Open the crafting UI, click on the recipe book, and toggle it to the Showing Craftable mode; you should notice that no recipes are listed despite you having enough materials for at least one recipe.
4. Toggle the recipe book back to the Showing All mode, and select a recipe for which you do not have all of the required materials; you should notice that the recipe preview is incorrect and renders all the ingredients as stone.

Expected Behavior

It is expected that the recipe book properly list all craftable recipes while in the Showing Craftable mode, and properly display the recipe previews of recipes for which the player does not have all of the required ingredients.

Please try the latest ViaFabricPlus version and otherwise it would be helpful if you could identify the ViaFabricPlus version where it stopped working.
