Menus are disappear when Module is active

This is a useful plugin but when is activated, all menus will be gone. No error for reference. I'm using Magento 1.9.0.1

sounds like you didn't a) save the configuration and then b) regenerate the indexes. Tested working fine on 1.9.x

Thanks for jumping in @joolswills! Same here, I'm not able to reproduce the issue. Are you using some module that customizes the navigation block by chance? It could be a conflict, too.
