[Feature Request]: Implement Point Cloud Data storage

It is time to implement a better method of storing data as opposed to how viewers currently store data in their viewer cache on a user's local hard drive. The current way is susceptible to potential copy botting and enabling content theft by individual users. By using Point Cloud Data we can store data in encrypted objects that users cannot edit certain information in such as the information pertaining to who the creator of the content is or their UUIDs. Additionally, Point Cloud Data will vastly improve rendering and the experience those who use Virtual Reality devices might get.
