Hello @3xploiton3,

It does not consume API because it is not VT's API, it is our web interface. The closest you can get in the cli or the API itself is rescanning a file, which does not consume quota if you were the first submitter of that file.

is it possible to do, when files last analysis date 2 year ago, run reanalyze using vt-cli ?
is it possible to checking bulk files, if files is clean skip to check another files, without consume API Quota ?

You can do all of that, but it will consume quota.
