Hi,
Sorry for the trouble, the order of the images is just as the
lexicographical order of the image name. For the empty images, you can skip
them for now and produce empty predictions for them in the prediction
files. We will point out a way to solve this problem adn send everyone an
email to announce everyone

I have started working with the detection track test data and I have discovered that the following images cannot be read due to having 0 bytes:
As a work around, I can skip them for now and produce empty predictions for them in the predictions file.
