An S2C packet that would cause the received client to rumble the provided controller(s) would be a useful addition for plugin developers. I think it would make sense to add this to the API*, though the Javadoc would advise against it, since it's better to do rumbling with whatever else is happening in the world from the client's perspective.
*: There are not plans to add this to #255, as it's already in a "done" state and I would like to prevent scope-creep of it. As such, the API part of this issue would depend on its merging.
