Expected behaviour

A call like the following:
External Inbound Call -> IVR -> Queue -> Agent A answers -> Blind Transfer to Agent B -> Agent B answers -> Agent B hangs up There should be an on_blind_transfer event triggered.

Actual behaviour

No on_blind_transfer event is triggered
