Describe the bug
Entities that are in the air (such as with leviation, slow falling, mods that grant flight, etc) have their speed boosted from path markers.

To Reproduce

  1. Place path marker
  2. Place block on path marker
  3. Get in the air above said block
  4. FOV changes indicating speed boost

Expected behavior
Paths are for walking/running. The speed boost is sufficiently high that run-jumping is already discouraged. If you're not on the ground, you shouldn't get the boost.
