There should be an easy way for people to file issues for the site

@lastlink Thanks for the PR! I should have been more explicit. There's a configuration in VuePress that allows you to automatically generate a link to each page https://vuepress.vuejs.org/theme/default-theme-config.html#git-repo-and-edit-links

It's great for submitting PRs, but falls short of filing an issue if people don't have the technical ability to do so.
