Missing files break time counting between the missing month and the current one

Time for the current month works, but the total is broken in /stat and in /top all.
Not sure how long it's been this way, but it seems to only be counting logs up to a certain date - not sure when, probably last year.
The logs have been fixed and from the bot's logs it seems they're all being downloaded correctly until 202408, which doesn't exist.
Not sure if it never did or it's been lost in the sands of time - it makes sense that there were no logins in August, but isn't the file supposed to exist and be empty?
