When someone does /inlab, check if:

They have been in lab more than 1 week (?) ago
They have no /tolab entry
then, add at the end of the message "come to the lab. You. Yes, you." or something. Could make sense especially if there's someone /inlab or a /tolab soon, not if it's 3 AM on sunday, but whatever.

Maybe superseded by manual ping, see #84, but I'll leave this open for now
