I am experiencing the same issue on my Lumia 950 using Windows 10 ARM64 build 18908 using the 1909 release of gus33000's NTARM64 driver pack. The call is working fine (you can talk, the other end can talk, both hear eachother). As soon as I press "End Call" I neither can talk nor can I hear the other end. But the call does not end (no end-of-call signal on the other end, no change in UI). If I disable my Mobile connection or the other end hangs up then the UI obviously changes, the call has ended.
