The edit summary notifying users of the change in status of their draft should include link to draft and a simple summary.

So, instead of seeing:
13:58, October 1, 2013 (diff | hist) . . (+1,694)‎ . . User talk:Example‎ ‎ (Your submission at Articles for creation (AFCH))

We would see:
13:58, October 1, 2013 (diff | hist) . . (+1,694)‎ . . User talk:Example‎ (Your submission, WT:AFC/sand, at Articles for creation was declined. (AFCH))

We would see:
13:58, October 1, 2013 (diff | hist) . . (+1,694)‎ . . User talk:Example‎ (Your submission, WT:AFC/sand, at Articles for creation was approved. (AFCH))
