Update kills my integration

I had been using the previous version of the plug-in with a few custom fields added to the code. Everything was working fine, even after the upgrade last week. Today, I switched my Mautic instance to a new host and subdomain. I updated the Fluent Forms Mautic Integration with the new API URL, Client ID, and Secret Client. When I tested the integration it failed. I then went into the form settings to check out the integration feed, and I saw that the field labels section seems to be having an issue. None of the available Mautic fields are being download. While the field names I'd previously been using are still filled in, the dropdown box is empty. I attempted to roll back to my old Mautic instance and credentials, but I'm still seeing the same problem, and the integration is still failing, so it has nothing to do with my Mautic changes. Further, I notice if I try to create a new feed, the available fields column still has no data in it.
