This is Streamlabs Overlay that you use in OBS. If Avideo had it's own linked to the wallet it would be able to do the same.

Just like how we can add the chat to OBS this is another page Overlay that will be able to add to OBS that would be linked to the wallet. Everytime someone sends a tip it will show this overlay in the page you can add to OBS.
