When should iff/impl/distinct be removed? #117

Typechecking already turns = over non-Boolean sorts into iff.
Should typechecking remove iff/impl/distinct right away?
And then no transformers are allowed to introduce them? This could reduce cases in many operations?
Effectively this means we would reduce the operators in the theory to a reduced set.
