Add Title parameter to subscribe messages

Allow users to only receive updates for a specific story.
I am interested in following a story from an author but I don't want to get notifications from the rest of their posts in that subreddit. Is there a way to do this, or is this a feature request?

This is in my long term plans, but unfortunately probably won't happen any time soon.

I tried doing this, but it required the author to stick to a specific format in their title and there wasn't enough consistency between authors for it to work. I might revisit it in the future, but again not really anytime soon.

That makes sense. I'm not familiar with the internals of the bot, but giving the users the ability to say "I want to subscribe to X author in Y subreddit for any posts with "string" included in the title" would be useful!
