Add an option to link buttons to 3DS BIOS sounds

Have an option to where it links to the buttons and links in paragraphs to play a certain sound.

This however can be disabled by using the extension settings.

BIOS meaning system sounds. Many people have published videos containing the sounds from the BIOS.

You can hook every link and button event to a system sound and have it toggable on and off. This can be useful if they want to have the sounds everywhere they browse.
