I haven't found a way to import data from Wordpress Popular Post to yours. Is it possible to have this functionality?

I missed this. I need to study how WPP stores its code - but I think that would be possible to implement once I figure it out. Do you know if it has a way to export posts from WPP with the post ID and counts and/or URL?

No issues - I will look into it. Won't be immediate as I'm currently focussed on getting a pro version of Contextual Related Posts out.
