Fix for ArmorStand equipment disappearing and reappearing

Yes, relates to the issue of both players editing an armorstand at the same time:

Describe the solution you'd like.

1. a check that if an armorstand.equipmentMenu is open that it prevents other players from editing it .
   or
2. a config setting to disable left AND right click. This would prevent a single person from deleting their own items on accident. For example only allowing armor stand editing with right-click
