HelpHub/Codex: update changelogs for bundled themes (WP6.6)

All the bundled themes will need to update their changelogs when they are released. Below, I'll create a comment with a draft for each new version that releases with WordPress 6.6.

See the full log of all theme changes from 6.5-RC1 to 6.6-RC1. Nothing was backported to 6.6 during release candidate, and you can ignore the version bump commit. If you want to see commits by each theme, add the directory name to the link, such as Twenty Seventeen's log.

I failed to mention on this issue that the heading IDs/anchors should be in the pattern of #Version_1.2. (This is not a big problem when only the first section is different, but it would be more important with the next version.)
