Using Core Block(s) Within a Dynamic Block.

I've seen methods of adding core blocks within a custom block when using edit.js or with a static block (save.js), but I'm wondering if its possible to add core blocks within my custom dynamic block. Currently what I've been doing is copying the HTML of any core blocks I want to use into my dynamic block's render.php.
