Display settings under the post in the back office

Hello,
in the Classic Editor you could choose to display the different settings in the back office either on the right column or under the current post.
In the Block Editor this option has disappeared, all the settings are displayed in the right column.
To edit a custom excerpt it’s particularly inconvenient because the window is so tiny.
It would be very useful to get back the choice of displaying the settings under the post.
Is it possible?
