[bug] Balance of previously connected wallet is displayed when a new wallet is connected

Current Behavior

Balance of previously connected wallet is displayed when a new wallet is connected.

Expected Behavior

Balance is updated.

Steps To Reproduce

Preconditions: User has different Aptos accounts on Pontem and Rise wallets.

1. Open https://preview.portalbridge.com/0daa4f689f/advanced-tools/#/transfer
2. Select Aptos as source chain and select any network as target chain
3. Connect Pontem wallet
4. Check that correct balance is displayed on Portal Bridge (actual result: correct balance is displayed)
5. Click on "disconnect" button
6. Connect Rise wallet
7. Click on "Select a token" and check if correct balance is displayed

Environment

- OS: macOS Sequoia 15.1.1
- Wallet: Pontem, Rise
- Browser: Google Chrome Version 131.0.6778.265 (Official Build) (arm64)
