[bug] Balance field on "Select a token" pop-up should have more decimals

Current Behavior

Balance is shown as 0 on "Select a token" pop-up.

Correct balance is shown after user clicks on "max" button.

Expected Behavior

Correct balance is shown on "Select a token" pop-up.

Steps To Reproduce

Preconditions:
User has 0.001 WBNB on Terra

1. Open https://preview.portalbridge.com/3988f891fa/advanced-tools/#/transfer
2. Select Terra as source chain and any network as destination chain
3. Connect wallet, in my case "Station Wallet"
4. Check balance for BNB

Environment

- OS: macOS Sequoia 15.1.1
- Wallet: Station Wallet, MetaMask
- Browser: Google Chrome Version 131.0.6778.265 (Official Build) (arm64)
