Is hevc_amf ready to be used to encode mp4 files now?

Does the hevc_amf encoder still have bugs that causes the mp4 files unseekable?
Where is the proper place to ask question if here is not?

Aside from that, search for the ffmpeg mailing lists devel and user, which are the official mailings lists for official ffmpeg builds. My forks are non-official, so you'll have to rebuild with the official ffmpeg steps for building.
