Describe the bug
idea 2023.3.2 + 2.2.2.0x 可以安装，但是扫描不出问题

To Reproduce
正常安装后，不能提示有问题的代码了。
比如：
class上不写注释，不会提示；方法、成员变量不写注释都不提示。

不按规则写变量名也不提示：private String _flag;

不论是从插件市场下载，还是自己编译安装，都不行。
