Can't launch payloads using title takeover

Bug description

If I try to launch any payload through title takeover, it will fail to launch with the error, "Unable to reboot with the select payload..." However, if I try to launch the same payload in applet mode, it will successfully launch the payload.

• Console firmware: 18.1.0

• CFW with version: Atmosphere 1.7.1

• Goldleaf version: 1.0.0

Bug reproduction

Launch Goldleaf using title takeover for any title and attempt to launch a payload and it will fail.
