공고 등록 시 이미지 첨부 구현 및 등록된 이미지 조회 구현

✅ TODO (Tasks)

  • 사용자가 추가한 이미지 파일을 pre-signed URL 방식으로 업로드
  • 이미지 확장자명 제한 -> 이외의 확장자명 등록 시 토스트 알림 (임시)
  • 이미지 파일 webP 경로로 변경 후 공고 등록
  • 공고 조회 시 등록된 이미지 조회
  • 이미지 확대 모달 구현
