운세 생성 API 오류 시 앱 크래시 발생
대표적으로 네트워크를 끈 상태에서 운세 생성 API를 호출할 시 크래시가 발생한다.

💭 Bug Description

운세 생성 API 오류 시 앱이 종료된다.
