Hi,
I tried looking for someone to contact for questions but couldn't find one.
I am a Rails developer for UW-Madison, College of Ag & Life Sciences and we are investigating Equipment Reservation Systems that are out there. For instance "phpScheduleIt" or it is now called "booked" is PHP based but I was hoping to find a Rails application.
I have downloaded "reservations" and set it up but it is asking for a NetID login. Is there a way to bypass this? Is "reservations" currently being used in production or if it isn't how much work is needed to make it production ready? Is "reservations" something that we could use for our college? Thank you, Chris.

Hi,

Reservations is currently being used in production here at Yale University, however, Reservations currently only supports CAS authentication; If your university is running CAS authentication you can configure your instance of reservations to work with your cas server, otherwise it won't work, I'm afraid. Issue #2 has been open for a few years now.
