I think most people were just confused about locking groups step, since it required that each member of the group had to confirm stuff multiple times. I heard that some group leaders were scrambling to get a bunch of people to click on things last minute since one non-responsive person could hold up the whole group. I think if the group leader were able to put everyone in to make a "full" group first, and then have everyone else confirm just once to lock or something, that would make the process a lot simpler.

Definitely something for us to think about. This may just be about improving documentation / the onboarding experience, but leaving it as an open issue regardless.
