DFF naming of multi-dimensional array

I have an 2D array:
logic [0:4][3:0] stored_msgID_q;
with associated flops with names (using rename -wire t:$DFF) from:
\stored_msgID_q[0]$DFFE_PN0P
to:
\stored_msgID_q[19]$DFFE_PN0P
The array is flatten to a 1D array of 20.

Is there a way to rename these flops following the 2D array indices like [i][j] ?

Note that this array declaration is system verilog but it supported by Yosys.
