请检查你的 frps.ini 内指定的 api_token 是否和面板 /api/index.php 顶部的 API_TOKEN 一致。
以及，frps.ini 的 api_token 格式为：

api_token = TOKEN内容|节点ID

节点ID是数据库中的nodes表的id字段 为数字。
frps.ini 的 api_token 格式为：
api_token = my_token|1
这种格式，节点id不是节点名称
